What services can I offer to my clients through CDGcommerce?
You can set up your clients with Merchant Accounts, Internet Payment Gateways (Authorize.Net, QuantumGateway and others), a full line of point-of-sale credit card terminals, software and wireless options... and the ability to process all forms of electronic payments
What kind of flexibility do I have as a CDGcommerce partner?
One of the primary advantages of our program is the flexibility it provides to our partners. You can set your own packages and pricing and have nearly complete flexibility to determine every line item on each account.
I also need a merchant account - which should I do first?
We recommend signing up for a merchant account with us first, if you are contemplating being both a merchant and a reseller. This way you can get acclimated to our services first hand which will later help you when you market them to others.
Am I responsible for supporting my referred clients?
This part is up to you. By default, CDGcommerce handles 100% of all new account, underwriting, deployment and support for all referred accounts to provide you with a "hands off" solution... all you need to do is have your clients fill out your online app link or fax in their app to us and we take care of the rest.

The only exception to this is if you PREFER to handle your own front-line support in which case we can support you on the back office level and you can handle many of the above responsibilities.

What kind of training do I receive?
CDGcommerce provides complete reseller training. We call you once you have signed up to help introduce you to the program and we have numerous online resource areas to assist you. Our support teams are available via phone, chat and e-mail to help answer any questions and to train you on all of our products and services.
What kind of commission do I receive from my reseller account?

30% of the Total Merchant Residual Profit is paid monthly

The total amount of net residual profit generated by CDGcommerce on each referred merchant from a reseller is multiplied by 30% and that amount is itemized and included on the 25th of the month commission. It is worth noting that these commissions are one month in arrears to take into account the fact that CDG doesn't receive payment from its acquiring bank until the next month after the processing month.

In other words, say a merchant processes in January. CDG gets paid by the acquiring bank in February and then makes payment in March to the reseller.

10% of the Total Monthly Commission from Referred Resellers

Since news travels fast in the marketplace, we at CDG felt that it was important to provide some form of equitable compensation to reward resellers for bringing us other direct resellers. To that end, we have our Refer-a-Reseller program.

The way it works is simple; if you refer us (via a coded link or via them referencing you) a reseller, you will have 10% of their monthly commission added on to your own monthly commission. Thus, say you refer us 10 resellers and they average $200 in monthly commissions, you would receive $200 a month in additional compensation to you. [10 x $200 = $2000 x 10% = $200]
