Our goal was to create a company that we could be proud of and a company that would treat our merchants with the respect, courtesy and friendly “let’s help you” philosophy that
we have always appreciated receiving ourselves. We wanted to be able to wake up every morning and go to sleep to each night with a smile, knowing that our company was providing the very best service to our merchants. So instead of putting our profits first and investing in numerous direct marketing campaigns, we put our merchant’s needs first and foremost and began by recruiting a small group of resellers to help build our initial portfolio of merchants.

Over time, that small initial group of resellers and merchants sprouted into an ever increasing number of referrals which led to even more merchants and then even more referrals and word of mouth.As our growth continued, we carefully re-invested at each opportunity to ensure that the high level of customer service & support that had earned us our merchant base – was properly maintained. Today, in 2007, the results of these years of growth have been stounding.
CDGcommerce is profitable, debt-free and our loyal base of merchants is increasing at a rate of nearly 30% per quarter.

We are quickly becoming one of the fastest growing merchant service providers in the country and over the last few years, we have moved substantially all aspects of our operations in-house from new accounts to merchant & technical support.
CDGcommerce is also unusual in that our approach to business has been strictly through our network of independent partners.
Unlike most of our competitors that market directly to the public, CDGcommerce offers its services through our network of like-minded resellers and agents. To date, we have established more than 1000 strategic partnerships nationwide.
