For every transaction you process, our Fraud Defense System will deeply scan through our database of chargebacks and you will be immediately notified if the Credit Card number matches with a chargeback that has occurred from that card in the past.

Once you are notified, you can view details within the MerchantPortal system. You are welcome to void the transaction, contact the client, or you may even choose to ignore it.

preemptive action to prevent potential chargebacks.
