So instead of putting our profits first and investing in numerous direct marketing campaigns, we put our merchant’s needs first and foremost and began by recruiting a small group of resellers to help build our initial portfolio of merchants.
Profitable CompanyOver time, that small initial group of resellers and merchants sprouted into an ever increasing number of referrals which led to even more merchants and then even more referrals and word of mouth.
As our growth continued, we carefully re-invested at each opportunity to ensure that the high level of customer service & support that had earned us our merchant base – was properly maintained. Today, in 2013, the results of these years of growth have been stounding.
